Once you book your call, you'll receive a Pre-Call Questionnaire. Completing this with as much detail as possible is the best way to prepare, as it helps tailor the session to your specific needs.

After signing up, you'll receive a link to schedule your call at a time that works best for you. Just select a slot from the available times, and you’re all set!

Not really. Although we do cover alot of useful information relating to designing Shopify websites, our course content has been structured specifically for Designers.

You'll receive a personalized Report & Action Items document outlining the strategies we discussed, along with actionable steps you can start implementing right away to see real progress.

Yes! Upon booking your session you will also have the opportunity to choose an option add-on that includes 1 week of Voxer support. This app allows us to chat and voice note throughout the week following our call, so you can have the guidance needed while actioning your to-do list of tasks from our call.
You'll also have the option to book follow-up sessions to assess progress, tackle new challenges, and keep the momentum going.

Absolutely. Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees or forfeiting your call.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. However, I understand emergencies occur and will do my best to accommodate your situation.
